Delivery Information
For UK Customers we aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Purchases will be posted First Class or Parcel Post depending on the weight. If there is likely to be a delay we will notify you by phone or e-mail.

Returns Information
We believe that the veneer offered at Vale Veneers must live up to your highest expectations and I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We carefully check all orders prior to dispatch. However, unfortunately items can sometimes get lost or damaged in transit due to factors beyond our control. If an item arrives damaged in any way please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are given at the discretion of company management. You can contact us via email, phone or post using the details on the contact page.

Veneer Packs
Please note there may be occasions where some species of veneer are substituted when stocks are unavailable.

Veneer is a natural wood product, and can be quite fragile. Occasionally small splits within the veneer may occur! This is not unusual and they are easily repairable.
